Hi everyone! I decided to make some changes. From now all registered users can post news to this website. To do this, press "add news" in your log panel (right top corner). As you add news, it won't appear at the main page immediately, because I've turned on a premoderation function. It means, new posts will be published as soon as I approve them (I will do it promptly ). The users that add news frequently will gain a special status and post news without my premoderation.
